21 year old Patricia Neil Randolph was found face down on the side of the road. Was it the work of a suspected serial killer or one of her clients?

Crime Scene: Anderson Road in Darlington Township, Beaver County


Last Known Location Alive: Her residence.


Injury Description: She had a laceration to the lower lip, multiple abrasions of the thighs, legs, abdomen and neck, button imprints (2) on her right thigh, yet no semen was found present vaginally, anally, or orally. The report says “oral and vaginal smears by the State Police Laboratory failed to reveal the presence of sperm or seminal fluid. This would indicate that sexual assault probably did not occur.” Ultimately, she had died from strangulation. The toxicology report showed she had a blood alcohol level of 0.34%. She had healed scars of the left eyebrow and left wrist as well. They were also able to recover chewing gum particles on her neck.

Additional Information: Patricia was a sex worker and it was reported her pimp was suspected serial Edward Surratt.
