Authorities believe Gary Drais, 48, was killed Sept. 14, 2005, after eating dinner with his mom, Mae, and older brother, Dale, at their home on Lamp Post Lane in Aston. He was beaten, bludgeoned, and thrown through a sliding glass door before he was fatally shot in his own Glenn Road home in Aston, PA 13 days before his body was discovered.

Additional Information: Phencyclidine (PCP), was among the evidence recovered in the house at the time of Gary's death. When Gary’s body was found, he was laying on his back with own gun found underneath him. His family noted that there were bullet holes in the ceiling above the landing, leading them to believe that whoever shot him was standing at the bottom of the stairs and shot up at him. Gary was shot with his own gun.
