Episode #97: Ericka Brair - Murdered (2007)
After a night out with friends, 18-year old Ericka Brair did not make it home. One month later, her body was found in a wooded area with dozens of stab wounds.

Hometown: Philadelphia, PA
Crime Scene: Her body was found in a wooded area approx 12 miles from Ericka's home, but investigators believed her body was carried there. This leaves the primary crime scene unknown.
Last Known Location Alive: Her home on the 1400 block of Kubach St
Injury Description: Ericka was stabbed 40 times, including some defensive wounds
Suspect Description: Unknown
Additional Information: Police did not find her identification or her two phones and an autopsy showed only prescription pain medicine (for her back) and an antihistamine in her system. Detectives believe Ericka’s body had been carried into the woods. The body condition was not indicative that death occurred immediately after she went missing. Based on the weather at the time, the body should have shown more decomposition. There were winter storms on the day she went missing and the day before she was found, but the time in between experienced some warm weather.
