Injury Description: 20 stab wounds to the neck and chest

Suspect Description: Unknown

Additional Information: Initially ruled as a homicide, then changed to suicide after initial investigation showed no forced entry or signs of struggle


DNA: Unknown

Fingerprints: Reports do not show that the weapon was fingerprinted to prints other than Ellen’s
