The internet can be a scary place. Yet in this day and age we are almost always connected. In 2013, Troy LaFerrara responded to a craigslist ad. This decision would lead to the end of his life. It is unfathomable the depths of evil that live in humans. Unbeknownst to Troy there was a sinister plan in place by a teenager and her husband.
Gretchen Harrington disappeared at approximately 9:25 am on August 15, 1975, after she left her family’s home located at 27 Lawrence Road in Broomall, PA which is in Marple Township, Delaware County, PA. It is about 30 minutes west of Philadelphia. She was headed on foot to the Trinity Christian Reformed Church to attend bible school which was only an 8-minute walk. It was later learned that she never made it to her destination.
Joseph Kallinger (The Cobbler or the Shoemaker) suffered through a horrible and tragic childhood. He grew up and then continued the cycle of abuse with his own children which included convincing one son to help murder his brother.

Anna Kane was a 26-year-old mother of three who worked in the Reading area as a sex worker. On October 23, 1988, Anna’s body was found on the Ontelaunee Trail in Perry Township, near Reading. She had been beaten and strangled with baling twine. It would take over 35-years for Anna’s killer to be identified.
Julio Torres, 34, was murdered in his car outside in Reading, PA. One accomplice was captured, and another left cold until 2023.

Making friends is one of the hardest things to do. Regardless if you are younger and in school or as an adult, it is a challenging aspect in life. Not to mention if one “friend” could have heinous intentions. Today we are talking about the Greensburg 6. A group of 6 monsters who betrayed their friend Jennifer Daugherty. Jennifer was special needs who was so excited to go to a sleepover with her new friends. This sleep over became 36 hours of brutal torture that resulted in her death.
