In August of 1982, 19 year old, mother of one, Shelley Luty said goodbye to her coworkers at a diner in Upper Darby, PA. Nothing would have alerted co-workers that this was the last time they would ever see Shelley. Leads dried up quickly, but within a few years police began to wonder if Shelley had been the victim of a potential serial killer in the Scranton, Pennsylvania area...
