Last Known Location: Toni had left that evening with a friend to to go Ice Nightclub, followed by a house party located at 1300 block of Bobarn Drive. Toni and her friend left the party in her 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix GT, black in color with a PA license plate DND7772.
Clothing: She was last seen wearing a turquoise shirt, black tights, black sandals, and turquoise earrings.
Distinguishing Characteristics: Toni had dyed her hair red at the time of her disappearance.
Additional Information: There were reports of her being seen in Lancaster, Philadelphia, and Camden, New Jersey after her disappearance. All of them took place in areas known for their prostitution and drug activity. None of the sightings have been confirmed. Toni was diagnosed as "bipolar" but had been listed in stable condition for the past few years. If Toni was off her medication she could have had a manic episode that evening. Toni's bank accounts and credit cards have not had any activity since her disappearance. Toni was a nurse at Lancaster General Hospital and a mother.
