In Downingtown, Chester County, Pennsylvania, the Valley Creek Road Twin Tunnels were long known for eerie local legends and ghost stories. But in 1995, the folklore turned frighteningly real when a body was discovered there. The chilling find linked the tunnels to an actual, gruesome crime—and more than 30 years later, the case remains unsolved.

Ethnicity: Caucasian Sex: Female
Height: 4 ft. 11in to 5 ft. 4 in. Weight: 120-140 lbs
Other pertinent information: when Jane Doe was found she was wearing a bra but there were other articles of clothing in the suitcase with her. There was a denim skirt, a white headband, and a light blue long-sleeved Theo brand denim shirt with a collar.
