Gretchen Harrington disappeared at approximately 9:25 am on August 15, 1975, after she left her family’s home located at 27 Lawrence Road in Broomall, PA which is in Marple Township, Delaware County, PA. It is about 30 minutes west of Philadelphia. She was headed on foot to the Trinity Christian Reformed Church to attend bible school which was only an 8-minute walk. It was later learned that she never made it to her destination.

Dolores Ingram was a knitting, donating, volunteering 82-year-old who was shockingly murdered by her son experiencing drug-induced psychosis.

Who doesn’t love a good love story right? It’s really what everyone hopes for. A connection, a partner in crime, your other half if you will. But what happens when love isn’t the driving emotion. What if love is a disguise for control and obsession. When love is so “passionate” it invokes intense reactions. Reactions that are volatile and are irreversible. Today we are going to talk about the case of Terri Lynn Brooks. She was betrayed by the person who was supposed to protect her. He tricked everyone for years until the advancement of DNA which busted this case wide open.

Welcome to the first episode of our new segment, Beyond the Keystone! Each month, we will bring you a solved case from a different state. Of course, our first state is Alabama!

Everything came to a head on May 22nd, 1992 when Betty came home and found Jack brutally murdered. It was not long before 3 arrests were made which included Betty and her twin sister Peggy. Join us as we discuss this wild case.

On October 5, 1967, 29-year-old David T. Kita was in a wooded area with his daughter, testing out a shotgun he had recently repaired. While there, Kita found the remains of a man in a wooded area lying between a dirt road and Jacobs Creek. What kind of person could possess the heartlessness to dismember and discard another human being?

This month's Beyond the Keystone takes us to Alaska!

Robert Hansen, infamously known as “Bob the Baker” or the "Butcher Baker," was a serial killer who terrorized Alaska in the 1970s and 1980s. He targeted women, often abducting them and flying them to remote areas where he would hunt them like prey. Hansen's crimes were meticulously planned, and his seemingly ordinary life as a baker and family man masked his dark deeds. His eventual capture in 1983 revealed the horrifying extent of his actions, leading to a life sentence in prison.

Join us as Chelsea weaves us through this wild tale of ambition. Ambition is when a person is driven by a strong desire for achievement or success. Some people are even willing to go to extremes to reach their goals by any means.

Join Lindsey, Kari, and Shannon as they discuss the murder of Gary Triano and femme fatale, Winnie Ruth Judd.

The dog days of summer are upon us, and if you’ve ever listened to an episode that I (Shan) have been on, you know I love dogs. We are dog people around here, and we are all definitely animal people. So join us as we discuss two things we talk about all the time - animals and crimes.

case of Rebekah Gould. How a missing person case moved to a homicide which moved to a cold case. Finally getting solved by none other than a podcast!

Join Shannon and Chelsea as they go over the sad murder of Frank Spencer, whose dog, Mutley, helped solve his case!

In the quiet coastal town of San Mateo County, California, 1976 was anything but peaceful. One by one, young women began disappearing—only to be found brutally murdered, their bodies discarded in wooded areas, near creeks, and even in their own neighborhoods. The media dubbed them the ‘Gypsy Hill Murders.’

It is officially spooky season for the KCCPod. To kick it off we are starting with our October Patreon episode. Join Chelsea as she talks about the untimely murder of Debra Harman.

Today we are going to talk about the Harman Murder house. It does have other aliases such as the Baltimore Street Murder House and the Murder House of Gettysburg. I’m sure for the locals there are others as well. Now this story is based on a real and tragic event. On August 31st 1985 Debra Harman was killed by her boyfriend Donald Painter.

The Perkasie Train Tunnel is more than an old railroad passage: it is a monument to human ambition and tragedy.

Beneath its jagged edges and icy walls lies a story few dare to tell. A story of tragedy, obsession, and something that still walks the tracks when the moon is high.

We’re diving into one of Pennsylvania’s eeriest and most fascinating pieces of folklore.. the Pittsburgh Vampire Panic.

Now, before you think vampires are just movie monsters like Dracula, The Lost Boys or Twilight, let’s rewind to a time when beliefs of vampires were deadly serious.

We all love a good horror movie—the kind that gets your heart racing, makes you bury your face behind a blanket, and delivers that perfect jump scare. While many of these films are wild, over-the-top creations born from twisted imaginations, some are rooted in chilling reality.

In this episode, we’re diving into one of those eerie tales: the story of Annabelle. And no, we’re not talking about the creepy porcelain doll from the popular horror franchise. The real Annabelle existed—but her appearance and story are far more unsettling than Hollywood would have you believe.

Join us as we uncover the true origins of Annabelle and explore her eerie connection to the Keystone State.

When looking at the Twin Tunnels in Downingtown, PA a feeling of unease appears. Is it because you can’t peer inside the tunnel and see the other end? Or is it because you heard a strange sound and just aren’t quite sure if it was natural or not? Or did you turn too fast and see something out of the corner of your eye?

The Twin Tunnels are infamous throughout SEPA. I guarantee you probably know someone who has a story. Whether it be a local, someone just passing through, or the avid paranormal enthusiasts so many stories are tied to the Twin Tunnels.

In this episode we are going to touch on the local lore and a cold case that is tied to these tunnels. Buckle up because we are covering outlandish ghost stories all the way to a brutal murder that left a woman unidentified for just over 30 years.

This week, Melissa shares a spooky tale from Wisconsin’s infamous Fond du Lac “Murder House,” before diving into the haunting Halloween murder of 9-year-old Lisa Ann French—a tragedy that forever changed a small town’s sense of safety.

This is the story of Bryan Kocis, known as the “Cobra Killer” case. On January 24, 2007, Bryan Kocis, a 44-year-old gay adult film producer, was found dead in his home, his body stabbed 28 times and nearly decapitated, with his house set ablaze to cover the crime. Two escorts from Virginia Beach, Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes, were later convicted of his murder. But this wasn’t just a random act of violence—it was a calculated move in a high-stakes battle over money and control in the adult industry.
